NVIDIA has tons of gaming news released just yesterday and is set to bring a lot of goodies towards gamers around the world.

NVIDIA App G SYNC Control

First, we have the NVIDIA App which is getting filled with new and old features from existing companion applications and one of them is the G-SYNC Control tab making a return to join the Display Settings section with the rest like Surround, Custom resolutions, Multi-Monitor coming at a later date.

We also have the HUD function “reenabled” here for easy and direct benchmarking/system monitoring while you game without going through the hassle of installing Afterburner and whatnot.

As for those who treat the NVIDIA App has their game hub for organizing and quick settings tuning, the Sort and Filter function finally persists even after swapping the active window.

Lastly, RTX HDR launched through the Alt+Z shortcut key can now be enabled for multiple monitors for full consistency and a better overall experience, available via the latest GeForce Game Ready Driver 565.90 update.

Oh, we also can’t forget the oh-so-important Driver Rollback feature which is super useful for testers to benchmark across different optimization levels as well as general stability test.

New DLSS-enabled games

Speaking of the GeForce Game Ready Driver 565.90 update, here are the latest games that are getting enhanced with RTX technologies.

First, we have the new free-to-play MMORPG THRONE AND LIBERTY with loads of content at launch that combines the PvP + PvE elements that factor in other aspects like weather and time of day for a new unique experience.

With the power of DLSS 3, RTX 40 series gamers can achieve great frame rates from mid-tier up to the best-in-class GPU with an average of 2.6x performance boost at 4K and max graphics settings. Laptop users on the other hand can achieve similar albeit slightly lower gains at 1.9x on average.

The “complete rebuild” of the horror story-driven Until Dawn in Unreal Engine 5 is back to give fans another shiver down the spine with dynamic animations, nuanced facial captures, superior ray-traced reflections, and ambient occlusions to maximum immersion. RTX 40 series owners can also flick on DLSS Frame Generation and DLSS Super Resolution for buttery smooth gameplay and maximum eye candy.

Coming in just a week or so, Starship Troopers: Extermination aims to get that 16-player co-op FPS market share through its detailed maps and unique zones providing players with tons of replayability and swarm-based combat to survive against the seemingly impossible odds.

With its Carnage system allowing tons of buggy corpses on screen for maximum kill count satisfaction, the game can be enhanced with DLSS 3 Frame Generation and DLSS 3 Super Resolution.
