ASUS’s AI-powered NUC products are ready to take on the hottest complex tasks through their little bodies filled with powerful hardware.

While NUCs are technically smaller than laptops but that doesn’t mean they carry batteries so a wired power source powers the system in general. As such, they won’t need to worry about power constraints and one can cram a discreet GPU for superior AI performance. For example, the ROG NUC and NUC 14 performance can be fitted with up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 CPU and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU.

The former is ideal for handling intensive AI workload and AAA gaming during off times while the latter is perfect for commercial and edge applications thanks to extended I/O and display-related ports.

On the other hand, the NUC 14 Pro and NUC 14 Pro+ run the same family of Intel processors while skipping the discreet GPU part thus the AI department is powered by the native NPU sitting inside the CPU. They are also Intel vPro Enterprise-certified to ensure business-grade AI performance, security, remote manageability, and stability – all within a super small chassis with tool-less access.

To expand the NUC business, ASUS will be releasing the ‘Lunar Canyon’ AI mini PC in September 2024 featuring Intel Lunar Lake processors in a sleek <0.6-liter form factor.
